Housing in the Dubuque community is generally less expensive than in many other cities where seminaries are located. Townhouses and apartments are available on campus for seminary students. Housing is available on a first-come, space available basis.

Pets, other than fish, are only allowed in the limited number of pet-friendly townhouse family units.
All residents are responsible for general, interior and personal area cleaning.
Rental deposits, equal to one month’s rent, are required for all residential units; $100 for students living in single furnished units. They are due to the Student Accounts office prior to moving in.
