Off Campus Housing for Residential Students
The University of Dubuque Theological Seminary is located in the heart of Dubuque, Iowa. The Dubuque area offers a variety of apartments, townhouses, and condominiums. Housing in the Dubuque community is generally less expensive than in many other cities where seminaries are located. Distance Students
Distance students are on campus for two-week residencies each August and January for the duration of their program. During these residencies, students are provided with a private room at a local hotel that is within 5 miles of campus. Arrangements are made after admission is offered, and students are billed for room and board through the Office of Residence Life.
