The Seminary Village

Beauty, comfort, and community are the result of the careful planning and generous giving that generated these outstanding three and four bedroom townhomes. The vision for building community is seen as students spontaneously gather in the courtyard after classes, talking and laughing while children play all around. Inside, 1,387 square feet of comfortable living space set with oak trim and modern lighting and fixtures provides an appealing shelter from the hard work of seminary classes. An additional 487 feet of basement and a single car garage will neatly fit all that you need for your seminary experience.

The following chart is designed to assist students in better understanding their housing options at the University of Dubuque. The University provides the following checked items.

Pets, other than fish, are only allowed in the limited number of pet-friendly townhouse family units.

All residents are responsible for general, interior and personal area cleaning.

Rental deposits, equal to one month’s rent, are required for all residential units; $100 for students living in single furnished units. They are due to the Student Accounts office prior to moving in.
