Academics

UDTS offers three graduate theological degree programs: Master of Divinity (MDiv), Master of Arts in Mission and Discipleship (MAMD), and Doctor of Ministry (DMin). The University of Dubuque offers the Master of Arts in Christian Leadership (MACL) degree. 

Our students routinely excel in the classroom and are well prepared for denominational ordination exams.

Master of Divinity (MDiv) - 75 credit, Distance or Residential with August Residency               

Master of Arts in Mission Discipleship (MAMD) - 40 credit, Distance or Residential with August Residency

Master of Arts in Christian Leadership (MACL) - 30 credit, 100% Online 

Doctor of Ministry (DMin) - 40 credit, Distance with May Residency 

We also offer the Christian Leadership Program, created to educate future lay ministers during their commissioning process and provide any interested Christian access to high quality, online seminary education.  

The Young Adult Ministry Scholars Program is a scholarship available to residential MDiv and MAMD students who are called to serve young adults. If you are interested in the YAMS program, contact us.
