Leisure Services

Dubuque’s department for Leisure Services, along with the Carnegie-Stout Library, offers a wide variety of activities for families and individuals of every age and ability level. Many activities are free, and others are priced very economically with special discounts and waivers based on need. Examples of these include lessons in swimming, tennis, golf and water skiing; workshops in Hip-Hop dance or outfitting American Girl dolls; classes in cake decorating and electronics; summer reading clubs and movie nights.
