Four U.S. Army ROTC cadets will be commissioned as Second Lieutenants during a December 20, 2012 Commissioning Ceremony at the University of Dubuque. The ceremony will begin at 11:30 a.m. in Steffens Hall of the Charles and Romona Myers Center, and will feature Major General (Ret.) Robert Felderman (C'88) as the keynote speaker. UD Mediation Team Holds First Annual Mediation Tournament

The intent of the tournament is to give students a real-life experience as mediator, an attorney, and client. Three students make up each team, and must participate as mediator in one of three preliminary rounds.
